1.4 Intellectual Property: Shall mean and include all intellectual property owned by Tessa, including but not limited to trade marks, patents, copyright, as well as goodwill attributable to Tessa’s products and services.

1.5 Products and/ or services: Shall mean and include all therapies, treatments and products related thereto, provided and/ or sold by Tessa.

2. Agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept any of the terms and conditions set out herein, you must immediately discontinue accessing this website.

3. Website provided on an ‘as available’ and ‘as is’ basis

Tessa provides this website on an ‘as available’ and ‘as is’ basis which have not been verified, assessed and/ or considered by any Tessa Member in relation to the making of any specific treatment decision of any particular person. Tessa Members make no representations, warranties and/ or endorsements of any kind whatsoever about this website.

The information contained on this website is obtained from sources believed to be reasonably reliable (including but not limited to citations of published scientific materials referenced in the contents of the website). Be that as it may, Tessa does not guarantee the accuracy, adequacy, reasonableness, truth, completeness and/ or timeliness of the contents on this website, and expressly disclaims any and all liability for any errors in and/ or omissions from such contents on this website in general.

4. Therapies in development

Tessa does not assert that any current or future therapy may cure a patient’s medical condition (including cancer). Further, Tessa does not assert that its therapies under clinical trial and yet to be approved, when used in conjunction with conventional treatments, or alone, will be free of any side effects and/ or adverse events. All therapies and technologies mentioned in this website are still in pre-clinical development and are not yet available for sale either directly or through healthcare professionals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall Tessa and Tessa Members be liable to any party in relation to claims, damages, expenses and/ or losses of any kind (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, punitive, exemplary or otherwise):
